Easy Mail Transfer (easymailtransfer.com) is a SaaS that migrates email between any two IMAP servers — Yandex, Gmail, Outlook 365, iCloud, Zoho, cPanel, or custom servers. Pricing is a flat $0.99 per account, one-time.

$0.99 USD per account, one-time. No subscription. Bulk migrations are billed at the same per-account rate (e.g. 50 accounts = $49.50). Turkish customers can pay in TRY at the daily USD/TRY rate.

Any IMAP provider: Yandex, Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook 365, Microsoft 365, iCloud Mail, Zoho Mail, cPanel/Plesk shared hosting, personal mail servers, corporate Exchange, and any web host's mailboxes (GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, Hostinger, etc.).

A typical 50,000-message mailbox completes in 1-2 hours. Speed depends on destination APPEND throughput. A 10,000-message mailbox finishes in ~20-30 minutes. Mailbox size and provider rate limits are the main factors.

Yes. The entire folder tree (INBOX, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, subfolders), all attachments, original message dates, and IMAP flags (read/unread, replied, etc.) are preserved. Gmail labels appear as folders in Outlook.

Yes. Passwords are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and deleted from the DB after transfer completes (max 7 days). Message content is NEVER stored on Easy Mail Transfer servers — it's streamed from source to destination. Staff cannot read your plaintext passwords.

No. We deduplicate by Message-ID — if a message already exists at the destination, it's skipped. Interrupted transfers resume safely without re-copying.

Yes. The migration runs on Easy Mail Transfer servers — your computer isn't involved. Close your browser, watch progress on another device, get an email when it's done.

Click 'Bulk Transfer' in the dashboard. Set a shared source IMAP host and shared destination IMAP host, then paste account pairs (source email, source password, dest email, dest password) into the table. CSV paste supported. Up to 200 accounts run in parallel. Cost: accounts × $0.99.

Sign up, click 'New Transfer', pick Yandex preset, get a Yandex app password (id.yandex.com/security/app-passwords), enter destination as imap.gmail.com + a Gmail App Password, pick folders, pay $0.99. Completes in 1-2 hours.

Source: Gmail (App Password needed for 2FA), destination: outlook.office365.com + Microsoft password. Modern auth usually accepts your normal password; if admin enforces MFA, generate an OAuth app password. All Gmail labels become Outlook folders.

Full refund before transfer starts. Partial refund (per-account) for technical issues on our side after transfer starts. No refund for wrong IMAP credentials. Standard EU/Türkiye distance-sales 14-day right of withdrawal applies until the transfer begins (digital content exception thereafter).
